Just been discharged after a knee replacement... 5 days..very happy with treatment from reception to discharge. Surgeon, Anaesthetist, Doctor, Physician, Nurses, Cleaners. Food etc, could not fault a thing.. And the knee is coming along nicely, a.bit painful, but the staff are so professional and helpful...
Had surgery on my ankle. Everyone there was nothing short of amazing. Level of care excellent. Thank you very much to all who took care of me also to Dr. Roger Paterson thanks for all you've done for me. Very much appreciated
About to be discharged after an operation to repair a rotator cuff and clean up of my shoulder joint. I have never liked hospitals however this experience has been a very positive one. Staff from the front desk, pre op, doctor and surgeon and all the post op nursing staff have been fantastic. Thanks for looking after me !
I've been here for five days and had a total hip replacement. The care I received from staff regardless of their position, surpassed all my expectations. I felt safe, secure, pain free and was treated with dignity and respect from start to finish. I couldn't offer any ideas for improvement as they seem to have thought of everything. Highly recommended to anyone wanting orthopaedic surgery. Thanks to all concerned
I have used Sportsmed on several occasions and have always received excellent care. My thanks to Dr. Graham Lee who I think is outstanding. My only complaint is Sportsmed using an antiquated Medicare lodgement system when smaller practices are all online. It can be pretty expensive when you have to pay upfront then wait about two weeks to get a refund. Hope they start online lodgements very soon!
