I've been there twice and both times the food was very average I've actually never had a bad barnacle bills meal until visiting this store im not sure how they manage to make the chips taste so bad but definitely do a good job of it they definitely need some training

Wow Barnacle Bill has had a delightful upgrade! The $13 lunch special was delicious and excellent value. The marketing team have hit this refresh out of the park! The restaurant looks fresh and clean and we heard other families also commenting on the quality of the food and the lovely refresher towels.

Worst meals ever received today. Chips were tough and not edible. Prawns and calamari was overcooked and dry. My fish baked inside the crumb. Won’t be back. We used to visit often. Not again.

I was very pleased with my experience here. The girl on the phone, jasmine was one of the sweetest and most patient people i have ever met. also the other young lady who gave me my food had amazing customer service. and the chicken burger was amazing.

This store had gone downhill massively in the last 6 months. This used to be a regular dinner option for our family. Now everytime we go, the orders are wrong, if we order online the order somehow gets forgotten. And it seems to happen very often. It's such a shame as this store used to be a really good place.
