Best fish and chips shop in Griffith in my opinion. The food is always fresh and tasty and cook to perfection. Love the thoughfulness to include a wet towel with the meal to clean my greasy hands.
I had my order delivered, and everything was amazing! Chips were crispy and salted perfectly! They knew how to make the perfect fried food! Nothing was soggy and saturated in oil, I would recommend ordering here!
Visited on a manic Good Friday evening, and the staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, frequent updates on times, managing other difficult customers who were upset over wait times, and still served up an amazing serve of seafood and chicken, hot and fresh. For one of only two Barneys outside of SA, definitely worth a visit!
By far not the best Fish and Chips, I mean its not the worst Ive had, but only by a little. scollops were rancid, fish was ok, chips were good but in short supply, calamari felt like they were a processed ring and not a true calamari, prawns were fine. Service was great and the shop looked clean but I will not be back as the food was not good, it scrapes an ok, but thats a stretch.
Great food! The most beautiful lady behind the counter helped us out tonight props to her she was so so lovely! Great experience we will definitely be back :)
