This review is regarding wills and probate. Our experience has been been frustrating and very stressful, despite it saying on the website "..approaches each matter in a sensitive and empathetic manner.." We have found the opposite to be true. Our mother passed away in May 2023 and her estate is still not settled. The lawyer does not respond to emails or phone calls, nor give advice. Whilst I am yet to become a paying client, I first got in contact with Andersons this morning.
